Company wanted to CYA and distance themselves from lying 3rd parties issuing illegal faxes and email blasts full of lies about buyout by Bayer, mergers and Governor of California. Only illiterate fools believed that crap and paid the price by overpaying 2-3 times what this stock is worth... Guess now these brainiacs will be averaging down again...LMAO
