<<<EVG why the slide today ? eom>>>

Darned if I know..... there has been some grumbling on the other boards I scan over the length of time it's taking EVOGF to issue their next assay related NR.

If you've noticed, they have been releasing news on 8 or more holes with each of the last couple RSH NR's which indicates to me that they have been accumulating the lab assay reports before releasing them in 'batch' like quantities....

Personally, I'd like to see them cut the 'batch' sizes in half and double up on the PR's....

That would, imo, minimize the swings between the highs and lows....

The coming news should, in the main, be excellent and if they can somehow show assays that link The hi-grade North Stock resource to the mineralization @ Antelope Basin, I think it will result in a "Katie bar the door" move to the upside.

Excuse the long winded response.... I don't get the chance to talk much during the day! LOL!

Have you seen the latest (10-6) drilling status report?

http://evolvinggold.com/investors/drill-update-2009/

What I find bothersome is EVG's apparent(?) lack of progress in sending their core samples to the lab. I realize it's tedious and exacting work, but I was led to understand that they had 3 diamond saws in place with which to cut the cores.
It seems they haven't added to their "sent to Lab for assay" in weeks.

Ooops!
Upon further review, "months" seems more appropriate than "weeks."

Fwiw, here is the 'recap' of the 8-4 report as posted on the 5th.

Drilling program status for 8-4-09

With 4 drills turning....

27 holes total

23 holes completed
4 holes being drilled

12 holes at assay lab
7 holes pre-lab preparation
4 holes reported (7-13)

WTF?
