Neb yep they need to get paid, for sure and I think the City of Fairbanks Alaska will pay them, my bet is on them before many others. Relative to the numbers, who knows when they will be reflected, we still need one of the really huge fish Boog talks about, PBR pipeline, the Alaskan Pipeline recoating, the military adoptions etc
