What previous debt you ask? If you had ANY idea how the previous company 'Equus' was ran by the previous owners (C&H), you would understand where the debt came from. If you doubt I know anything about Equus, check my name and how long I've been here. Dean has done nothing but clean up the shell and get it on the right path.

I have seen nothing but good things come from this company since Dean and Co. has taken over. You bears may say they are diluting, I see it as being an honest company and taking care of business. If only more people were like that.
