I did not mention as contract. But I did mention managements performance on the business plan.
The SEC attributed the stock decline to 144 selling and declined to investigate.
I do not know anything about the transfer agent but The Facts (form 144) are there for anyone to see. The form 144's are among the worst I have seen.
Your argument as to why so many are filed does not hold water IMHO.
Stock was transferred to 5 people on Jan. 14th 2000 and was reported on form 3 in May-June 2000 to the SEC the way I read it. But, Hey.....I could be wrong.
