I've got an eye on VRGN, was well over pennyland not even a month ago and has a 52 week high of $1.50. According to some posters news is expected at some point, very low OS as well IMO from the way it trades. Last posted OS was about 2 million, but one day had 35 million traded so it is higher now, probably around 40 if I had to guess but that is all in my opinion, I have no proof on the current OS.
