yes they are doing business but they are also not able to provide information as to where their sales have come from and orders, and Rev...

this is coming from the SEC after they had documents and the books of SPNG for 2 weeks...

by all means if you are bullish on this stock after that information I have shares which I will gladly sell you at .05-.06 a share...
