I only was going to "dump" my shares to "play" another stock.

But when I saw that type of MM BS I pulled my sell order and sold something else.

The lack of any decent PR is NG. If we don't see anything soon, the PPS will sink even more.

So, tell me what the purpose of the RS was again?

All it has accomplished so far IMHO has been the percentage of outstanding to authorized is back down low so mgt can print and sell more shares.

That Path2, plain and simple.
