Somebody's getting REAL petty with their bids....first at .1614, then bumping up to .1652.

I can't ever remember 4 digit bids on CTGI, unless it may have been WAY back when we were in a 'state of flux' just prior to runs that went above $1 -$2.

Not sure what to make of such unusual bidding.
