thats just one variable in a long list of ITT misusue variants, boiler plate language, and commonplace across any study using the disclaimer.

My point is simple...the comment that spurned my response was extremely irresponsible, and subjective to criticism from a wide variety of viewpoints, incorrect in it's fundamental analysis and by and large VERRRRRY CURIOUS IN AND OF ITSELF.
