Keep in mind our DD is on speculaation that CWDW is going to do something with this shell. All the DD seems to point to them rolling Palmaz into it. The clock is ticking on it for many reasons. The biggest reason, CWDW is expected to Wind Down every thing by the end of 2009. Palmaz is obviously, agressively moving along with their business plan and they need some funding. Why keep the shell current with filings?

I have not called Mr. Solomon. I rarely call companies any longer due to the fact, I usually stick my foot in my mouth by calling them out. I am not very coy about being nice to most OTC or Pink sheet companies because most of them are scams. Yes, scams.

Twister, this is where you come in. It appears you have a vested interest in more ways than one into this story. You also have some serious credentials and I recall you saying you have spoken to Mr. Solomon in the past.
I give the nod to you to speak on my behalf. No need for 20 of us calling him. You might be able to do a conference call with him and a few of your constituents/peers. Not to put you on the spot. Heck, somoene's hedge fund might want to do a private placement with him or buy up the float. Hint, Hint. You have already played a big roll in this story.

It is not like he is going to be able to reveal anything to us, but I am sure you will hopefully be able to get a feel from the conversation that our hunches are correct. JMO

Twister, I bet you Romo was rooting for the Packers, being a Wisconsin boy and all. Now he is going to have to go into Green Bay and beat them again this year just to save his career. This New GM in Green Bay is on a very short leash IMO. All their draft choices IMO have been a bust since he has been there. Rodgers is his baby and he had to show Brett the door to get him on the field. Otherwise, Rodgers probably would have bolted. JMO Rodgers only has an arm. His decision making sucks.
