I'm not sure if the posters in Option 2 have aggreed to "NO to the share increase regardless of what occurs between now and the vote." When I read their posts, it just says NO.

Meixatech, clearly says that he will vote YES if there is a good deal. That is not Option 3 (I will vote YES to the share increase regardless of what occurs between now and the vote).
