Well, I'm still intrigued by where these folks are getting this information.

The TA list was valid apart from the fact that the CECE entries could have been inflated without anyone knowing. But the TA won't even give shareholders the O/S, much less the list of cert holders and positions. I guess somebody paid somebody in the TA? Or was the source within SPNG?

And how does one get Monmouth to divulge their SEC letter?

Who had access to all of this information?

I guess it really doesn't matter too much at this point, but I still find this intriguing.
