gfp, perhaps true, but Varney has an excellent resume, and I doubt anyone would blame him for Cortex. The ship was floundering when he assumed command. Wouldn't Stoll and Coleman have a different take a buyout scenario than Varney(who is much younger?)Also, isn't this, perhaps, a situation for some oversight from the board of directors?
