According to my sources when the business is completed the present PRTZ symbol will apply to the Kansas shares as well. The problems with the SEC was part of the process that slowed things down, and the database given to the transfer agent was part of that process of compliance.

Our interest are directly tide into the PRTZ symbol and its market value. All matters relating to the PRTZ symbol are relative to the discussion because they all affect market value.

PTRZ will be a very different company in the near future. Once the merger is complete we don't want to be brought in under a symbol performing below its projected value, so of course we have an interest and a relevance in the discussion.

Opened at 51 holding strong at 56 five year peek is now at $8.00 leveling off between 4 and 7. with only 82K volume it still manages a fourteen percent increase. That's a bright future to look forward to
