I have an 2 accounts.....both APEX....cleared for margin but I NEVER NEVER trade on margin.....1 account has more than 25k and 1 has less.........both accounts the same in terms of, when I sell something, the funds are available immediately, and whatever I purchase can be sold immediately....I would say that timing can be critical...I would call them...describe the scenario/dynamic of my trading availabilty and ask what you need to change to get it......
