Aiming, For the 'no' vote, it should stipulate that the vote is contingent on Varney inking a deal prior to Nov 23 (either a pharma deal or a MA/buyout). If a deal occurs prior to Nov 23, the 'no' vote would become a 'yes' to increase the shares.
