Well, I hope BEHL's PPS does not go any lower...or perhaps I should have average down!? Hahaha.

Averaging down is a very reasonable strategy if you are optimistic about the future of the stock. I have averaged down once already and will consider doing it again if we go into the 3s. Just don't do it with money you can't afford to lose (well, that goes for any money you put into a penny stock - they are almost always high risk plays).
