There is nothing, NOTHING, that says anything a 1.95B O/S, unless you have now changed yout tune to A/S. I have become cofused because every post states a different claim.

You still don't seem to understand that the investment is to maintain ample working capital, and leads me to believe your accounting/finance knowledge is sorely lacking.

Your assumption of 2B has absolutely no merit. Why not stick to facts so that we can challenge each other's knowledge based on principles of corporate accounting and financial including CAPEX expenditures.
