Boosting the A/S 3 billion shares with no announcement with a gagged T/A is probably the biggest reason for the decline in the last week or so. If they need the additional shares for expansion, thats one thing but they really need to keep the shareholders notified how many shares for what. I am not a fan of the whole company"s future riding on a grant approval from the government. A better stategy IMO would be to buy just one denami with room for expansion and get the permits, customers, feedstock lined up and have a grant pending based on ongoing operations. I believe you are much more likely to recieve a grant if you are up and running. In addition, the share price would be much higher with actual activity taking place on the ground which in turn would translate to much more capital raised with less shares diluted if they were to dilute to expand operations.
