yup very possible, company puts out a PR about how they have to sue another company to get their money back...

and then put out an 8k about how they might get delisted if they don't get the 10k out by the 15th...

man that's just sounds like it has to be because they want to give insiders a chance to sell...

watch out for that kinda insider trading...
