I'm honestly not sure why he's no longer president. If you're talking about Rubin, he's on the board as Executive Chairman; Executive Committee. It probably fell because after a stock goes up so much, it usually falls for a bit the next day. (patterns) If I had a lot of cash on the sidelines, I would have sold a bit, then shorted with the fear of -100 after a day -200 DOW. Then covered my short and started picking up more before eating much more in the last hour. However I'm invested and not worried about selling, even if it dipped under a dollar again. (I'd get more :P) In this economy a lot of companies are going under, but when you get cash after stripping the company to the bones and pay your management with stock!!! I'd expect management to be working even harder for shareholder value. Hence why I wouldn't want a buyout at this low of a level. Keep making the little guy into a TITAN! :)
