I do not have it in front of me, but I recall that gufu in the 8K both acknowledged that it received the funds from spng and said it did not receive them. And that it will return the money. And that it won't. And then referred to statments re the pensley matter which are contested. And citing impropriety on spng's part for gufu to rescind.

At the very least a double speak, double confusing 8K, poorly worded, by I hope, not by any attorney. It would seem to raise more issues in spng's favor than to assist gufu in anything.
