oh... i c... well in that case, why would they question gfgu about short selling?? why would they ask gfgu about the spng opinion letters at all?? that whole issue would not have involved gfgu...

why would they ask gfgu about stock at all??? it hadn't been issued....


your logic on this whole issue seems a bit contrived in order to meet a specific agenda... just my humble opinion.
