Well then I do not see 8K they filed suggest they are do any damages. IMO Clearly just about they took the money, used it not as agreed and now cannot pay it back with deal terminated.

Assume what you want. SPNG filed suit for money to be paid to them. I do not see GFGU filing any suit.
