well the only way it makes sense is if SPNG would receive more shares of GFGU for their investment if the pps went down.

now that being said... the short position in GFGU is slim to none... and as per gfgu SPNG has yet to receive any shares which they could short against...

I don't know them claiming SPNG is short selling the stock is very odd... and most likely not true imho...

I do not blame them for saying well SPNG has had some issues with the SEC so we don't want to be involved with SPNG... but at the same time they should have wanted to give the money back...

It doesn't make that much sense... something else is going on behind the scenes
