but they happily accepted the 1.75 million of which they don't want to pay back for whatever reason...

don't you think they would have said no before they got any money if this was the case?

just wondering...

and who the heck tells the company they are entering into an agreement with that they are going to short sell the stock, and further who in the world says hey that sounds like a good idea... give me your money and have your way with our stock...
