IS IT NOT VERY CLEAR GFGU IS TALKING ABOUT GIVING SPNG, GFGU STOCK? WHAT IF SPNG GAVE ITS SHAREHOLDERS THAT STOCK IN THE FORM OF A DIVY?

Of course that's clear. GFGU was going to give SPNG stock in exchange for "financing". Then, it seems, the money was sent by RME rather than GFGU.

What if they did give it to shareholders in the form of a divvy? GFGU evidently doesn't believe that was the intention, and SPNG has never suggested it might do that either.
