Yes, I did. I had 1,240,000 shares, and as you state, I did buy them with hard earned money.
I had my shares kidnapped by a brokerage who thought up their own definition of a DTC Global Lock other than what the DTC meant by it.
So did others and others still have theirs stuck over there.
Obviously, ANVH intends to never make good on that and those investors will ultimately lose their hard earned investments.
I got mine and another forum members stock transferred out because of my questioning of people with the DTCC, the DTC, the dividend division of Continental and brokers within the industry.
I sold and took a large loss and the other fellow still owns his and at this time is hoping something more than a crap shoot takes place.
Yes, Mr. Goldberg, you are aligned with criminals, but seem happy to be in their company. Hopefully, one day, you won't also be in the same cells they may occupy.
