Yes I agree...Anything goes in court and could cost JPM dearly. I too believe it won't go there. These valuations being thrown around on the board are just a device for us to cope with the outcome until it arrives. No one know what is going to happen. I also didn't think we would see .44 that soon nor the ride back to .20.
