Jury trial would be bad for JPM/FDIC. I really think that the 4.4 Billion decision is pretty paramount to moving settlement forward. Like I said, relax over the next few weeks, my prediction is that we'll start running again around 10/16, maybe 10/19. No one will risk being out of this stock when the 4.4 Billion hearing happens, Walrath could rule right from the bench that day.
