I started out the beginning of this month by working out each day on a "gravity bike" or "body jack", where you work against your own weight with food pedals and handlebars.
That is great, keep it up. Weight bearing exercise is also great for your arthritis, too !!
Sassy, don't expect your weight to necessarily drop all that much -- you'll simply be converting fat to muscle, which is denser, so you'll still lose size, but not necessarily weight.
