There is to proof of dilution. Prior to to the TA being gagged about 250 million shares were added with out any explaination. When I entered RCCh about 20 month ago the outstanding was 90 million. Before the TA was gagged it had been increased to about 340 million dollar. No explanation was given by the the CEO. Then the TA was gagged.

All someone has to do is find out what the share structure was 20 month ago and compare it the last know amount before the TA was gaggged.

You will see heavy dilution. No IMO need as this is fact.
