That all depends on the scenario. I submit, that whatever the grand scheme of things may be, they will need a seasoned management team to pull it off. Right now, we have a caretaker management team in place and that would need to change if this company is going to morph into anything more than just a holding company. A well respected oil executive with experience aka Jeff Schrull or compareable experienced person who can work within the environment that SEO takes the company to. I can see it happening, just not with this skeleton crew we have in place to lead us into the future. I for one would not stay here as an investor beyond proven if I thought these characters would be holding the purse strings going into the future. That is the fear many have and the reason a buyout is preferred over an asset sale.
