Yes, as much as it bothers me, I do believe that Mr. Patch seems to be genuinely concerned that the SPNG management team has been guilty of security fraud.
Now, there is still a slim chance he could be wrong, and/or a possibility that after some shady dealings SpongeTech is actually really interested in building a business and trying to clean up their act. But as I said I'm speculating at this point.
I might end up selling some of my position to be on the safe side. Plus this looks like it might still provide opportunities for profit if day-traded.
