You're joking right? The company is Chapter 11 and under the closest of scrutiny by the courts, creditors, lawyers, etc., not to mention SOX compliancy. If you believe there is a realm of possibility of cooking the books, who's doing it and what do they have to gain by it?...Maldoff-like jail time? Puh-lease!
