Those filings were not released until later in the day. You would have to believe that someone in court, who owned shares and heard or saw something "detrimental" to equity holders, would have sent out multiple sell messages on their Blackberry's. Besides that probably being unethical and illegal, it's also unlikely.

MC was free to sell. I just wish he didn't have to play Town Crier.
