I just spent 2 hours with JD at the plant. If anyone was watching the webcam at the time I was the old man in the white sweat shirt waving at the cam....lol
I will attempt to make several post as to tell you about this visit.
1st the question/answer part to JD....
1. Question...Is this A/S still 1 billion shares?
Answer....Yes, I have only signed off on a A/S of 1 billion shares.
2. Question....Are you going to increase the A/S in the future(possibly 12-18 months or so)?
Answer....NO, Absolutely not necessary!
3. Question....Are the 2nd Qtr fins so awful that you do not wish to post?
Answer...Absolutely Not! Ther size of our company we do not have someone on a daily/weekly basis keeping track of opur fins. So the Auditor does all the leg work back and forth we our payables/receivables verifying transactions so our fins are not a 30 day turn around fins. They will be posted as soon as they are finished and I have reviewed.
4. Question....Are you still on target for $6 million dollars in revenues this year?
Answer....Yes, most definitely....
5. Question...When will pinksheets.com be updated with the letter from Nevada attorney?
Answer.... I am working on it...I had planned several trips but new contract demands and workload prevented Glenn and I from going.
6. Question....Are you concerned about the present pps?
Answer.... As a large shareholder and knowing family, friends and loyal shareholders are concerned and affected...YES..
But am I going to risk my company by not honoring NDA's, releasing Pump/fluff PR's and cave to irate shareholders.....NO!
7. Question...was the $14,000 order for "etc" cabients for a major retailer?
Answer....it was for a "commerical" account, that is all I can say at this point.
8. Question..... The PR rferencing Internet Msg Boards attacking your company, did you just get tired of reading or hearing about these messages?
Answer....NO....I have put up with that since I heard of Yahoo/Yahoo stock msg boards several years ago...that was put out due to a "legal matter" now in process where someone or someones were attacking the company for the sole purpose od distroying its customer base, his products and the faith of its shareholders. This is an on going legal matter at this time and cannot discuss this further.
9. Question.... Anything you would want me to pass on to those I talk to and the board?
Answer....Yes, I will never apologize to anyone for making my company more profitable and my long term shareholders glad they stuck with me and EXPH.
10. Question....can I share all this with the board?
Answer.....Yes, I will tell them the same thing if they email or call me.
