Ok Deva here is the full list so maybe I can understand what you are trying to say.
The Value is never right just a figure as best I can tell. 144 if you read the link has to go through the legal opinion, form 144, and get the transfer agent to lift the restriction who can only get permission from the company to do that feat. Now once all that is done then the transaction to register is complete on that transaction date and then the broker submits it on the date Entered. The difference between the date transaction of registration is complete and the date entered the 144 can be selling if they want. Heck, they could sell out and be totally gone before the public even sees the 144 filing by the date entered date.
That has been a complaint to the SEC for sometime by the same folks that wanted the fair disclose. So you will know Greg could have dumped his entire holdings last year but only sold the difference in his form 3 and his 144, which is 59,500 in the last 9 months. 74,000 were filed and he only sold 59,500.
Required Form 3 Registration to let the SEC know holdings and information and come out after the end of year. By the way the acquisition for ChinaSoft was closed on 1-14-2000 because the stock was transfered on 1-14-2000. Now there was a delay of the enter date of 5 months or whatever but a form 3 is not a registration to sell only an advisement to the SEC what is going on:
Now the 144 by the end of June when this stock hit .43 there was only 250K of 144 that had come into the market as per the Transfer Agents numbers. The 144 holders told Bart they were not selling but just getting value on 1% of the outstanding as the law permits.
Maybe you can rephase what it is that is bothering you.
But let me point out that there is over 20M in the float now as of Nov 2000 and this stock is doing good to even trade 100K a day. You have been in the market long enough to see what is happening here.
(This part is my personal opinion and NOT in an offical capacity about the company) Deva, you remember another stock I made a concern on after three years. Look what is happening to its volume and the trading. They got plenty of inventory now. Now apply that same logic as with other stocks and a stock should be trading 5% of the float not an all out war on a <100k average day volume with massive spreads, locking, boxing, crossing, multiple aliases cybersmearing, personal attacks, name calling, thread disruption, etc.
Now this is the best I can do and you are going to have to consult a professional stock market advisor. Hope I have addressed your concern but 144 holder have a right to file their 144 every 90 days up to 1% of the outstanding.
I have done the best I can and hope this helps.
