Indiana Company Faces SEC Complaint InsideINdianaBusiness.com Report
A Fort Wayne-based company is one of four named in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) fraud complaint. Enzyme Environmental Solutions and Chief Executive Officer Jared Hochstedler are accused of issuing 1.8 billion shares in unregistered stock in exchange for more than $651,000 in cash payments. In a statement, Hochstedler said the company is cooperating with the SEC and is evaulating its options for a response.
