Is the rationale behind your scam indicator simply that any serious biotech investor would generally consider this board a favorite given how much we talk about the biotech sector in general, along with the company-specific discussions?

It would at least be in the top twenty iHub boards followed, which is the threshold for showing up in the Hangouts list of a given board.

I assume you're implying that posters on a biotech board of a scam company would be more of the fly-by-night type and not care about any other legitimate biotech boards?

Click on the Hangouts link for any of those boards and you’ll see the other places where the readers of that board hang out. For a scam biotech company, the Hangouts list typically contains other scam biotechs (e.g. GNTA is on the Hangouts list for the HEB board) and a number of boards dedicated to day-trading of penny stocks.
