You say that now, but given their history...How much more dilution will you get in the next year at horrible terms? Keep in mind, they are not only doing a R/S but they are MASSIVELY raising the shares-authorized. You don't think they raised that cap to such an insanely high number and don't intend to USE that, do you?

I'm not against dilution if its on decent terms, but the terms this company keeps giving us is just HORRIBLE.

Ah well, I hope you guys make money in MYST.
