You can't predict if the market will crash again this year and take this down to 2008 low levels again or not...The lows of 2008 appeared to be exaggerated for different reasons than a pump group exciting at the end of cane season...
And if the 2008 lows were overly exaggerated then this could be a bargain price...Tropical season isn't over and the prevailing weather pattern could still change before mid December...Atlantic water at 80 to 82 degrees and a little warmer nearer the land coastlines will still take a spell to cool to safer temperatures...
And it doesn't appear that much work in the Denver area is considered in the share price...Possibly because the tally is still an unknown now...
You can believe that some who may have infiltrated the early year pump group may have found out that they have been pulling bid support after selling possitions at this time of year...
But that doesn't necessarily mean that folks they have unloaded on at higher prices will be willing to sell back at cheaper prices to them yet...LJ
