MNTA’s underwriter exercised the 15% over-allotment option, buying an additional 600K shares @10.75:

This brings the net proceeds of the latest financing to $46.7M and gives MNTA approximately $108M of cash, as shown in the table in #msg-41810407.

MNTA won’t need to raise again for a long time, if ever.
