It looks to me that they will soon be able to announce a lot more contracts from the lasty arrangement they seem to have made.
I can see this hitting $1 by Christmas.
As you say ready to breakout once everything has been fully digested but it could take a few days.
I expect news of that UK company will have an positive effect.
