I believe a lot of these filings by JPM attorneys are to cover their own butts; lest, JPM comes back at them and says, well, you guys didn't take advantage of every option available under the law. So you didn't represent us to the best of your ability.

I don't believe it will delay or affect the proceedings moving forward. I hope not, anyway.
