I'm almost certain that assistant mods can make sticky post...he even went as far as to say he felt it should be Wyatt's or Srloans responsibility.

But that is not really of importance, as Wyatt or Srloan thought it was necessary to post Brian's response but not the actual charges.

I know that it is a gmail account, I just find it interesting, and figured it would get a rise out of the two mods. (as you can tell by the other response it did)

Wyatt has made many post here that would definitely border insider trading...but that also really matters very little to me, really just said it for the same reason as the above.
