I am getting that two of the primary reasons Beijing would like a non-nuclear North Korea is first and most obvious a peninsula without nuclear weapons would be easier for China to control. Secondly a non-nuclear North Korea would not give Japan an excuse to become nuclear. China does not want to wake up to a nuclear Japan.

I think Moscow is more vulnerable however with the missiles going into the Sea of Japan by ships assigned to the Navy's 7th Fleet, which will help lay the foundation for a system to detect and intercept ballistic missiles launched by "rogue nations" China may now be equally vulnerable. They are specifying nations, not just North Korea, more than one.

I am not sure if Denmark is all that gung ho to be involved with the U.S. militarily we are a pushy nation. If Denmark can legally claim the North Pole you can bet we’ll be there right on Russia’s rear. I wouldn’t be surprised if we were contributing somehow to Denmark’s research.
