Heres my theory again on the o/s of SPNGE

check it yourself the call the TA the a/s of SPNGE is 3 billion maybe even more,
The O/S the company is keeping it a mystery for a reason if people knew it was in the billions everyone would be selling this stock off even more in a fire sale, managment is ignorantly keeping it from there shareholders so they can continue to dillute and dump shares and pocket money in there own pockets

a TA is not gagged because they reduced the o/s..lol, and if the company had reduced the o/s, it would have already happeend and the company would have released it into one of there "famous" pr's and or in a shareholder letter..
There Dilluting, just take a look at the trades, and the volume in this security.
