No I did not I gave you two answers to it. depends on the trading and how volatle the stock is and if it tanks really bad to stop people from selling and to stop fears, also.
If they find violations on monday they can shut the stuck off on tusday, simple as that lets say if they come out with a ruling or a announcment in after hours, and say were halting trading tuesday first thing...then theres your tuesday date...I would think if you see a halt on SPNGE it would be very early in the week, that would be my guess.
